Getting started
Sign in, find your way around the interface, and switch between workspaces.
This page covers the basics every user needs, regardless of role.
Signing in
- Open the app and go to the Login screen.
- Enter your credentials and submit.
- On success you land on your Dashboard. The app loads the workspaces you belong to and selects one automatically.
You usually join via an email invitation: an administrator invites you with a role, and the invite link lets you choose your own username and password (links expire after 7 days - ask for a resend if yours has). Admins can also create accounts directly (see Administration). If you can't sign in, contact your workspace admin.
Behind the scenes the app stores a secure session token and connects you to the real-time service so notifications arrive instantly. When you sign out, the session is cleared and your device stops receiving push notifications.
The interface
After signing in you'll see three persistent areas:
- Top bar - the workspace switcher, your profile menu, the language switch, and quick access to notifications.
- Sidebar - grouped navigation: the dashboard, Cases, Ask the AI, Announcements, Knowledge, Documents and (for admins) Admin. Items you don't have access to are hidden.
- Main area - the page you're currently on.
The sidebar adapts to your role. A Member sees fewer items than an Admin; admin-only tools such as Users, Categories, Workflows and Broadcast push only appear for Admins and Owners.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace (for example you support several departments, or your company serves multiple clients), use the workspace switcher in the top bar:
- Click the current workspace name.
- Pick another workspace from the list.
- Every page reloads to show only that workspace's data - cases, announcements, documents, users.
Your selection is remembered for next time. Your role can differ per workspace: you might be an Admin in one and a Member in another.
Changing language
Use the language switch to toggle between English and Nederlands. This changes the whole interface, including status labels, dates and notifications.
Mobile apps
The Android and iOS apps offer the same experience as the web app, including push notifications. Sign in with the same account; your workspaces and data follow you.
Your account
From your profile you can update your details, set your language and manage push notification preferences. See Your account.
Roles in one sentence
- Member - an end user: reports and follows their own cases, reads announcements, uses the AI assistant.
- Agent - support staff: handles cases assigned to them or in the categories they cover, and writes knowledge base articles.
- Admin - configures the workspace: users, categories, workflows, announcements.
- Owner - the workspace owner, with full admin rights.
