Manage your profile, set your language and control push notification preferences.

Your profile (/profile) is where you manage your personal settings. It's available to every user, regardless of role.

Profile

  • Display name - the name shown next to your comments and case activity. Keep it recognisable for colleagues.
  • Password - change it at any time by entering and confirming a new one.

Language

Choose between English and Dutch. This sets the language of the whole interface - labels, statuses, dates and notifications. You can also switch from the top bar at any time.

Push notification preferences

  • Push notifications - enable or disable push on your device.
    • Enabling registers your current device (your browser or phone may ask for permission).
    • Disabling stops push to your devices.
    • In-app notifications keep working regardless of this choice - you'll always see updates on the Notifications screen.

Push is per device. If you use the platform on several devices - web, Android, iOS - enable push on each device where you want alerts. Signing out stops push on that device.
