Service announcements
Workspace-wide notices for planned maintenance and outages - with priority levels, pinning, and publish/expiry windows.
Service announcements are official, workspace-wide messages - planned
maintenance, outages, policy changes. They appear on the
dashboard, in a dedicated Announcements list
(/announcements), and are broadcast as notifications
when published.
De VPN-gateway wordt vrijdagnacht vervangen. Tussen 22:00 en 01:00 is thuiswerken via VPN niet mogelijk. De AI-assistent kent deze melding en beantwoordt vragen erover automatisch.
Vanaf 1 juli is meerstapsverificatie verplicht voor alle accounts. Het stappenplan staat in de kennisbank onder “MFA instellen”.
De update wordt per afdeling uitgerold. Je laptop herstart automatisch buiten kantooruren; sla je werk op het netwerk op.
De printserver is opnieuw gestart en alle wachtrijen zijn leeggemaakt. Meld het via een incident als een printopdracht alsnog blijft hangen.
Reading announcements
Every signed-in user can read the published announcements of their workspace. Pinned announcements stay at the top so important messages remain visible. The AI assistant can also retrieve the currently active announcements - ask it "is there any planned maintenance?".
Fields

Creating & managing (admins)
Admins and Owners create announcements with a title, content and priority, then optionally pin them and set a publish/expiry window. They can edit or take down an announcement at any time.
Typical uses:
- Planned maintenance - schedule the announcement ahead of the window and let it expire when the work is done.
- Outage - publish immediately with high priority and pin it; unpin and expire once service is restored.
Publishing an announcement notifies users in-app and via push. For urgent, must-reach-everyone messages, admins can additionally send a broadcast push.
