Booking & availability turns your workspace into a scheduling tool. Set when you're open and what's bookable, and customers book themselves - from an embeddable widget, a public link, or right inside the AI assistant chat.
Three kinds of booking
- Appointments - book a person (or anyone available) for a fixed-length service. Salons, clinics, repair shops.
- Tables / capacity - a shared pool of covers; a party consumes some of it. Restaurants, and workshops with limited seats.
- Rentals - reserve an asset for a customer-chosen duration, with a headcount limit and multiple units. Boats, meeting rooms, equipment.
Set your availability once
Add your staff or assets, set weekly opening hours (split shifts welcome), block out time off, and close whole days for holidays in one click. Double-booking is impossible - the system guards every slot.
Customers book three ways
- Embeddable widget - drop one line of script onto any page. It adapts to the booking type: a party-size field for tables, a duration picker for rentals.
- Public link - a hosted booking page, no account needed.
- AI assistant - the chat can check availability and book on the customer's behalf, then share a link to manage the booking.
Confirmations & calendar invites
Every booking sends a confirmation email with a .ics calendar attachment, so customers can add it to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars in one tap. Choose instant confirmation, or require approval first.
Secure by design
Guests can only book - to cancel, they use the unguessable link from their confirmation, never the chat. Your staff manage everything from the admin calendar, scoped to their role.
Booking is a per-tenant module: your platform admin switches it on for the workspaces that need it, so every workspace only sees what it pays for.
